Delivery of heating oil for the heating needs of the organisational units of Czernikowo Municipality

Summary

The tender concerns the successive delivery of light heating oil for the heating needs of the organisational units of Czernikowo Municipality during 2027–2028. The estimated basic quantity is 160 m³, and the contracting authority may increase it by up to 10%, or 16 m³. Deliveries must be made against orders within 48 hours, generally in quantities of at least 1 m³, to the specified sites in Czernikowo using the supplier’s own transport. The heating oil must comply with PN-C-96024:2020-12 or an equivalent standard for grade L-1 and with the applicable sulphur-content requirements. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish and properly signed. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. Participation requires, among other things, a valid concession for trading in liquid fuels and at least two previous heating-oil delivery assignments meeting the required value threshold.
