Supply of heating oil

Summary

The tender concerns the regular supply of light heating oil to the organisational units of Stryszawa Municipality for 12 months. The estimated maximum quantity is 100,000 litres, while the contracting authority guarantees at least 70% of that quantity. Deliveries must be made within 24 hours of an order, in batches of at least 500 litres, including around the clock and on non-working days when required. The oil must comply with standard PN-C-96024:2020-12, grade L-1, or an equivalent standard, and a fuel quality certificate must accompany every delivery. The bidder must hold a fuel-trading concession and have properly completed deliveries of at least 70,000 litres of light heating oil during the last three years. Price accounts for 60% and the offered payment term for 40% of the score. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 16 September 2026.
