Ensuring continuity of energy supplies as an element of improving the energy security of Gmina Policzna

Summary

The tender concerns the design, supply and installation of photovoltaic micro-installations for public buildings in Gmina Policzna, with a total capacity of approximately 578.71 kWp. The scope includes panels, inverters, mounting structures, monitoring and protection systems, the necessary electrical works and grid connections; a 16 kW energy storage system is also planned at the wastewater treatment plant. The contract must be completed within 5 months, and tenders must be submitted electronically by 21 September 2026 at 10:00. Price is the only award criterion. To participate, the bidder must demonstrate at least three properly completed supply and installation contracts for photovoltaic systems of at least 10 kWp during the last five years, including at least one system with energy storage. The required declaration must be submitted, a PLN 20,000 tender guarantee must be provided, and performance security must be taken into account.
