Delivery of road salt with anti-caking agent for winter road maintenance in the 2026/2027 season

Summary

The tender concerns the delivery of bulk road salt with an anti-caking agent for winter road maintenance and preparation of a sand-salt mixture. The basic order is 500 Mg, with an option for up to an additional 500 Mg, for a maximum total of 1,000 Mg. Deliveries will be made progressively to the contracting authority’s site in Ciechanów within 3 working days of each electronic order, at the supplier’s cost and risk, over six months from contract signature or until the contract quantity is exhausted. The salt must comply with PN-EN 16811-1 or an equivalent standard, including at least 95% sodium chloride, no more than 5% water-insoluble matter, no more than 3% water and at least 20 mg/kg of anti-caking agent. The tender must be submitted electronically by 16 September 2026 at 10:00. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%.
