Purchase, storage and delivery of road salt for winter road maintenance in Elbląg during the 2026/2027 season

Summary

The procurement concerns the purchase, storage and successive delivery of road salt for winter road maintenance in the city of Elbląg during the 2026/2027 season. The basic quantity is 2,000 tonnes, with an option for up to an additional 1,000 tonnes. Deliveries will take place from 15 October 2026 to 31 March 2027 as needed. The salt must comply with PN-EN 16811-1:2016-10 or an equivalent standard and must be supported by a current opinion from the Road and Bridge Research Institute and a current National Institute of Hygiene certificate. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 15 September 2026 at 11:00. Evaluation is based on price (60%), delivery time (30%) and invoice payment period (10%).
