Construction of a multi-apartment residential building under the TBS scheme on plot 48, precinct 39, Lodzka Street, Czestochowa – Building B

Summary

The contract covers the turnkey construction of a four-storey, single-staircase multi-apartment residential building with an internal lift, parking spaces, site development, internal installations and utility connections on plot no. 48 in precinct 39 on Lodzka Street in Czestochowa. The building will have a built-up area of 488.47 m², usable floor area of 1,601.18 m² and total volume of 6,400 m³. The contractor must obtain the final occupancy permit and complete the works within 18 months of signing the contract. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 28 September 2026 at 12:00. A PLN 100,000 bid guarantee is required. Offers are evaluated by price (95%) and the offered warranty period (5%); the warranty must be at least 36 months, while periods above 60 months receive no additional points.
