Supply of materials and equipment for protecting and evacuating collections under the Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme for 2025–2026

Summary

The procurement covers the delivery of new materials and equipment for protecting and evacuating museum collections under the Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme for 2025–2026. It is divided into two lots: 1) 55 aluminium evacuation crates in three sizes, with specified capacities and protective features; and 2) acid-free, conservation, packaging and bookbinding materials, including 4,500 acid-free folders requiring ISO 9706 conformity evidence. Bids may be submitted for one, several or all lots, but only one bid per lot is allowed. Delivery must be completed within 30 days of contract signature and delivered to the contracting authority at the bidder’s own cost and risk. The bid deadline is 15 September 2026 at 11:00. Offers are evaluated separately for each lot by price, delivery period and, for Lot 1, warranty and defect-liability period.
