Supply of medical, furniture and computer equipment for SPG ZOZ in Jedlicze under the “Accessibility Plus for AOS” project

The contracting authority is procuring medical, furniture and computer equipment for SPG ZOZ in Jedlicze under the “Accessibility Plus for AOS” grant project. The procurement is divided into four parts: medical equipment and aids; office and patient furniture; eight computer sets; and two reception information displays. Offers may be submitted for one or two complete parts, and a part cannot be split. The contract periods are up to two months for parts 1 and 2, seven days for part 3 and 30 days for part 4. The contracting authority requires at least 24 months’ warranty for the medical equipment, 36 months for blood-pressure monitors, three years for computers and the warranty specified for the displays.
