Raising the Cybersecurity Level and Increasing Resilience to Cyber Threats

Summary

The tender covers a single, non-divided delivery and implementation of cybersecurity infrastructure for a municipal water and wastewater company. The scope includes IT and OT cybersecurity equipment, servers, shared storage, backup software and NAS, tape backup, DLP, antivirus with antispam, EDR and XDR, UTM and industrial firewalls, managed switches, U2F/FIDO2 keys, Wi-Fi access points, PAM/PIM, a controlled IT/OT workstation, UPS units, and open-source security platforms such as NDR, SIEM, SOAR, vulnerability management, monitoring, forensics, ITSM and RADIUS/NAC. The contractor must deliver, install, configure, integrate and test the equipment and software, provide post-implementation documentation and train the contracting authority’s administrators. Completion is required by 7 December 2026. Price carries 80% of the evaluation, while 20% is awarded where all five specified equipment groups are serviced by one manufacturer.
