Supply of a stationary ultrasound system with three probes

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of a new stationary ultrasound system with three probes, a medical video printer, an ECG module, software, perpetual licences and associated equipment. The supplier must deliver, carry in, install, commission and configure the system, integrate DICOM communication with the contracting authority’s PACS, RIS or other medical system, perform safety and operational tests, provide Polish documentation and train at least three people for at least six hours free of charge. The contract must be completed within 60 calendar days of signing. Bids are due by 14 September 2026 at 11:00 and must be submitted electronically in Polish. Evaluation is based on price (60%), selected technical parameters (30%) and warranty period (10%). The minimum warranty is 24 months; 36 and 48 months receive additional points. The main participation requirement is at least one properly completed medical imaging equipment supply during the last three years, including delivery, installation and commissioning, under one contract worth at least PLN 200,000 gross. The bidder must submit the technical parameter form, the exclusion and participation declaration, and the required electronic signatures and supporting documents. No bid security or performance security is required.
