Supply of light heating oil grade L-1 during the 2026/27 heating season to units subordinate to the Abramów Municipality

Summary

The tender concerns the successive supply of approximately 75,000 litres of light heating oil grade L-1 during the 2026/27 heating season to units subordinate to the Abramów Municipality: 45,000 litres for the school and preschool complex in Abramów and 30,000 litres for the primary school in Wielkolas. The contract lasts nine months and includes an optional additional quantity of up to 22,500 litres, or 30% of the basic quantity. The contracting authority guarantees execution of at least 70% of the basic order value, while unused option quantities do not create a compensation claim. Deliveries must be made on order within no more than 48 hours, or two working days, normally on working days between 8:00 and 14:00. The fuel must meet the specified quality parameters and standard PN-C-96024:2020-12 or an equivalent standard. Each delivery must include a manufacturer-issued quality certificate. The tanker must have a tested and legally verified meter capable of producing a delivery document showing both the actual quantity and the quantity converted to 15 °C. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish through the e-procurement platform by 14 September 2026 at 10:00. Price is the only award criterion, with a weight of 100%; the evaluated price is the maximum gross value of the basic order and the full option. No bid security or performance security is required. The bidder must provide the required exclusion declaration, signed bid form, representation documents and any applicable powers of attorney.
