Organization of subject competitions for primary school students in grades 4–8 in the Pomeranian Voivodeship, school year 2026/2027

Summary

The procurement concerns the comprehensive organization, preparation and delivery of subject competitions for students in grades 4–8 of primary schools in the Pomeranian Voivodeship during the 2026/2027 school year. There are six lots: Polish, German, history, biology, geography and information technology. The contractor must prepare the competition regulations, schedules, syllabuses, literature lists, announcements, tasks, answer keys and assessment criteria; organize all school, district and voivodeship stages; provide venues, infrastructure, commissions, printing, secure distribution, results, certificates, appeals handling, reporting and archiving. The service must be completed by 9 April 2027. Bids may be submitted for any number of lots and must be filed electronically by 14 September 2026 at 11:00. Evaluation is based on price (40%) and staff professional qualifications (60%). No bid security or performance guarantee is required.
