Purchase of a multifunctional sand bagging machine mounted on a trailer

Summary

The tender concerns the delivery of a new multifunctional sand bagging machine mounted on a trailer. The set must include one trailer and one sand dosing/bagging machine capable of mechanically filling sandbags during emergency response operations. The trailer must meet the specified road-safety, approval and equipment requirements, while the machine must meet the stated capacity, loading, operating-mode and engine requirements. The supplier must also provide loading, transport, unloading, user training, registration documents and warranty support. The contract must be completed by 10 December 2026 and the equipment must be delivered to the contracting authority's facility in Żagań. Offers must be submitted electronically by 15 September 2026 at 08:00. Price carries 60% of the evaluation score and the warranty period 40%. The required warranty is at least 12 months; longer warranties receive additional evaluation points, with the evaluation capped at 36 months. No bid guarantee is required. Participation requires at least one properly completed comparable delivery during the last 3 years, namely a sand bagging machine or sand spreader worth at least PLN 200,000 gross. The experience must be supported by a delivery list and references or other evidence of proper performance. The offer must include the completed technical-parameters form and the required declarations. All minimum technical parameters must be confirmed; equivalent products may be offered only if their parameters are at least equal to those required.
