Granting a long-term loan of PLN 3,800,000

Summary

The tender concerns a long-term loan of PLN 3,800,000 for financing the 2026 budget deficit of the Municipality of Strzelno. The loan will be drawn by 31 December 2026, with principal repayment after the grace period in quarterly instalments from 31 March 2027 to 29 December 2034, and interest paid monthly from March 2027 to December 2034. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 21 September 2026 at 12:00 and remain valid until 20 October 2026. No bid guarantee or performance security is required. The selected bank must provide the loan under the specified interest, repayment and collateral terms, including a blank promissory note with a promissory note declaration.
