Civil liability insurance service for academic lecturers of Lublin University of Technology

Summary

The tender concerns civil liability insurance for the professional activities of academic teachers at Lublin University of Technology and other persons designated by the university who perform teaching, research, educational, care-related or organisational activities connected with the education process. The basic coverage concerns 600 persons, with an option for up to 100 additional persons during the contract period. The insurer must issue a policy or equivalent confirmation within 14 days after an updated list is submitted. The contract period is stated as 15 months, while the option provisions refer to the period from 1 October 2026 to 31 December 2028. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 14 September 2026 at 09:00. Evaluation uses price and five qualitative criteria, each weighted at 10%, while price is weighted at 50%.
