Purchase of photographic equipment for modernizing the MuFo Photographic Studio to expand digital access to collections

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of professional photographic and medium-format equipment, studio lighting and specialist optical-mechanical accessories for the modernization of the MuFo Photographic Studio in Krakow. The 12 equipment sets include full-frame and medium-format cameras, lenses, flashes, memory cards, adapters, a stabilized video camera, laser collimators, tethering equipment, tripod heads, studio flash systems, softboxes and related mounting adapters. The equipment must be new, unused and free of third-party rights, fully compatible with the contracting authority’s existing Nikon F, Fujifilm GFX, Mamiya RB, Phase One IQ4 M645 and lighting systems. The bidder must submit one complete offer covering the entire assortment; partial offers are not permitted. Delivery is due within 30 days of contract signature and no later than 20 November 2026, to the MuFo premises at Józefitów 16, Krakow. The bid must include the completed offer and pricing forms, manufacturer/model information for every item, Polish-language technical evidence demonstrating compliance, the exclusion declaration, representation documents and proof of the PLN 1,500 bid guarantee. The bid deadline is 14 September 2026 at 12:00. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and extended warranty duration for cameras, lenses and flashes accounts for 40%. Minimum warranties are generally 12 months, with 24 months for cameras and lenses and 12 months for flashes; the statutory warranty period is 24 months. Before signing, the successful bidder must provide a performance security equal to 5% of the offered total price and a paid liability insurance policy of at least PLN 50,000.
