Supply of medicines, disinfectants, wound dressings and disposable products

Summary

The tender covers a 12-month supply contract divided into four lots: medicines and medical products, disinfectants, wound dressings and disposable nitrile medical gloves. Bids may be submitted for one or more lots. Deliveries are made against the contracting authority’s orders. For Lot 1, medicines must be delivered to the main facility in Krasnystaw and three affiliated facilities, generally Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 19:00 and Saturdays from 7:00 to 13:00. Standard delivery timing and urgent delivery timing are scored as part of the evaluation. For Lots 2–4, delivery is generally required within two days of an order, with delivery to the locations specified in the tender documents. The estimated quantities may change; the contracting authority guarantees at least 70% of the estimated quantities and may use an option of up to 10% of the net contract value. The deadline for tenders is 14 September 2026 at 9:00. Price is the sole award criterion for Lots 2–4. Lot 1 is evaluated by price at 50%, standard delivery time at 20% and urgent delivery time at 30%. No bid security or performance security is required.
