Supply and implementation of integrated personnel, payroll and accounting software for the Warsaw District Prosecutor’s Office

The tender covers the supply, implementation and support of integrated software for personnel administration, payroll, accounting and occupational safety for the Warsaw District Prosecutor’s Office. The contract runs for 18 months and includes pre-implementation analysis, a perpetual licence, installation and configuration, migration of current and historical data from Albit, testing, documentation, training for 28 users and 3 administrators, warranty and technical assistance, and 20 person-hours of additional modifications. The main selection requirement is proven experience: at least two comparable system deliveries and implementations during the last three years, plus at least one uninterrupted 12-month technical support service for a comparable system serving at least 50 users.
