Roof renovation of the District Educational Centre building in Kcynia

Summary

The tender concerns partial renovation of the roof of the District Educational Centre building at Jana Kantego 1, plot 881/11, in Kcynia. The works include replacing the roof covering with sheet metal, rebuilding chimneys, installing flashings, lightning protection, snow guards, partial replacement of roof boarding and insulation felt, and replacing gutters and downpipes. The contract is to be completed within 45 days of signing and no later than 4 December 2026. The estimated amount announced for financing the basic contract is PLN 311,761.03 gross. The award criteria are price, weighted at 60%, and extended warranty period, weighted at 40%. The minimum warranty is 36 months, with 48 months receiving 20 points and 60 months receiving 40 points. The bid must be in Polish, electronically signed, and accompanied by the required declarations and representation documents. The bidder should verify the full design documentation because the remuneration is lump-sum and necessary works shown in the design must be included in the offered price.
