Supply of microbiological culture media and supplements

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of microbiological culture media and supplements in three lots: dry media and supplements, granular media and supplements, and media and supplements for detecting Salmonella pathogens. Bids may be submitted for any or all lots, with no limit on the number awarded to one bidder. Deliveries will be made in batches at the bidder’s cost to the Veterinary Hygiene Laboratory in Krakow and must comply with the required storage and transport conditions. The contract lasts 12 months. Each batch must be delivered within no more than 30 working days of the order; shorter delivery times receive additional evaluation points. Price accounts for 80% of the score and delivery time for 20%. The minimum commitment is 60% of the quantity for each item, while the stated maximum quantities may be reduced. If the minimum level is not reached, the contract may be extended for up to six months. No separate financial, experience or staffing qualification conditions are specified. The bidder must submit the completed offer and price forms for the relevant lots, proof of signing authority or a power of attorney, and a current declaration confirming that no exclusion grounds apply. The offered products must be legally marketable, new, unused, complete and supplied in the manufacturer’s original packaging. Media and supplements must come from the same manufacturer, and each delivery must contain the same production batch. Quality certificates, current product specifications and post-preparation shelf-life declarations are required. Equivalent products are allowed, but the bidder must prove that they meet the required composition, quality, intended use, compatibility, storage and packaging requirements. The electronic bid must be submitted by 15 September 2026 at 10:00 and signed with an accepted electronic signature. Documents in foreign languages must be accompanied by a Polish translation. No bid guarantee or performance security is required.
