Food products supply

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of food products, including preserved or canned vegetables, jams and fruit products, oils and fats, grain products, coffee, tea, herbs and spices. The contract period is 12 months, with a guaranteed purchase of 50% of the gross contract price; the contracting authority may optionally purchase additional quantities under the same conditions, but is not required to use the option. The bid deadline is 18 September 2026 at 11:00. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish. Price carries 80% and the amount of the contractual penalty for each day of delivery delay carries 20%. No bid security or performance security is required.
