Modernisation of the fire alarm system

Summary

The tender concerns the modernisation of the fire alarm system in the building of the Regional Centre for Forensic Psychiatry in Starogard Gdanski. The works cover four floors and include supplying and installing a new control panel and addressable detectors, manual call points, visual and audible alarm devices and indicators; partial use of existing cabling; removal and disposal of the existing system, including at least 49 isotope detectors; and maintaining the connection with the smoke extraction system. The contract must be completed within 40 days of signing. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 18 September 2026 at 10:00 and remain valid for 30 days. Price is the only award criterion, with a weighting of 100%; negotiations may be held with up to three bidders offering the lowest prices. The procedure is not divided into lots, and no bid guarantee or performance security is required. A mandatory site inspection must be completed before submission, otherwise the bid will be rejected. The contractor must provide completion documentation, disposal records, testing and commissioning records, staff training, a five-year warranty and a civil liability insurance policy of at least PLN 1,000,000.
