Reconstruction of the sanitary sewer network in Cergowa, including lighting construction and asphalt surface restoration

Summary

The tender concerns reconstruction of part of the sanitary sewer network in Cergowa, including approximately 202 m of 200 mm PVC sewer pipe, 10 inspection chambers, road repair and restoration of the asphalt surface. The works also include four street-lighting poles and four luminaires, protection and organisation of traffic and existing utilities, maintaining uninterrupted wastewater discharge, tests and measurements, site reinstatement, and as-built and surveying documentation. The contract must be completed by 31 October 2026. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 21 September 2026 at 08:00 and remain valid for 30 days. The bid requires a PLN 2,500 tender guarantee and a performance security. Award criteria are price, weighted at 60 points, and the warranty and defects liability period, weighted at 40 points. The minimum warranty and defects liability period is 36 months and the maximum period scored is 60 months.
