Implementation of a SIEM-class system

Summary

The tender concerns the delivery, installation, configuration and commissioning of a SIEM/SOAR system in the contracting authority’s IT infrastructure, together with the other services described in the tender documents. The contract must be completed within 30 days. No variants, lots, bid security or performance security are required. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish through the designated procurement platform by 17 September 2026 at 09:00. The evaluation uses price at 60%, technical support time for the implementation work at 15%, and the manufacturer’s technical support and subscription period at 25%. The bid must include a confidential digital demonstration or test environment access as a proof of concept. The award procedure may be cancelled if the planned public funding is not granted.
