Winter maintenance of roads, pavements and municipal areas in Mieroszów municipality during the 2026/2027 winter season

Summary

The tender concerns winter maintenance of roads, pavements and municipal areas in Mieroszów municipality during the 2026/2027 winter season, from 1 November 2026 to 30 April 2027. The contractor must remove snow, combat slipperiness with sand or a sand-salt mixture, maintain the required winter service standards, keep equipment and staff ready around the clock, monitor weather conditions and start operations within three hours when severe winter conditions arise. The contractor must provide sufficient vehicles, tools, materials and staff, store the necessary materials at its base, distribute and later clear sand boxes, use GPS monitoring on vehicles, maintain fully operational and properly marked equipment, and immediately replace equipment in the event of a breakdown. Work hours and activities must be recorded and reconciled with the contracting authority’s records. At least two properly performed winter road maintenance services must have been completed during the last five years, each worth at least PLN 350,000 gross per season. Price is the only award criterion, with a 100% weighting. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 14 September 2026 at 09:00. The bid validity period is 30 days, no bid guarantee is required, and performance security is required.
