Thermal modernisation of Building B at ZSP No. 2 named after E. Orzeszkowa in Bartoszyce

Summary

The tender concerns comprehensive thermal modernisation of Building B at School Complex No. 2 named after E. Orzeszkowa in Bartoszyce, with a usable area of 2,262.48 m². The works include insulation of external and basement walls, replacement of windows and doors, roof and flat-roof insulation with replacement of coverings, central-heating modernisation, LED lighting and electrical works, telecommunications installations, a 31.2 kWp photovoltaic system with energy storage, rainwater drainage and perimeter drainage works, lightning protection, and adaptation of sanitary facilities for people with disabilities. The building will remain partly operational as a school, so the contractor must maintain safe pedestrian and vehicle routes, secure hazardous areas, avoid disrupting teaching activities, comply with requirements protecting birds and bats, and follow environmental requirements. Waste must be selectively collected and at least 70% by mass must be recycled or recovered; materials may not contain harmful or toxic substances such as asbestos or mercury. The contract is to be completed within 18 months. The procedure is not divided into lots, and subcontracting is permitted if the relevant scope and, where known, subcontractor details are identified in the tender. The mandatory evaluation criteria are price (60%) and the warranty and liability period (40%). The accepted periods are 60, 72 or 84 months, with 84 months receiving the highest score. A mandatory site visit is required before submitting a tender. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 22 September 2026 at 12:00. No tender guarantee is required, but the successful tenderer must provide a 5% performance security before signing the contract and maintain civil liability insurance at least equal to the contract value.
