Supply of software and multimedia tools to three educational institutions in the Myślenice municipality under the project “Accessible, inclusive and development-supporting schools in the Myślenice municipality”

Summary

The contracting authority is purchasing educational software, multimedia tools and interactive equipment for three schools in the Myślenice municipality under an EU-funded education project. The procurement has two lots and bidders may submit offers for one or both lots. Lot 1 covers a broad range of educational, therapeutic and multimedia products, including software packages, VR equipment, interactive classroom systems, laboratory kits, educational robots and support materials. Lot 2 covers three identical independent systems of wireless interactive movement and dance mats: 10 mats per system, a Teacher Set, a radio-to-USB interface, locally installed software, licensed content and accessories. Delivery must be completed within 21 days of contract signature to the designated schools. A 24-month warranty is required for supplied equipment. Lot 1 software is generally required to have perpetual licences, except that the Empiriusz 2.0 Multi Plus licence must last at least 3 years; Lot 2 software must be licensed perpetually without mandatory subscription fees. Price is the only award criterion and carries 100% of the score. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 11 September 2026 at 10:00 and remain binding until 10 October 2026.
