Renovation of part of the premises in the building at Al. Niepodległości 11B in Mońki – repeated procedure

Summary

The tender concerns a comprehensive renovation of selected rooms in the building at Al. Niepodległości 11B in Mońki for the local veterinary inspectorate. The scope covers demolition and general construction works, electrical, telecommunications and sanitary installations in rooms 1/18–1/20 on the ground floor and server room 0/12 in the basement. It also includes the building power supply, meter-side distribution boards, feeder lines, fire-protection buttons and complete server-room equipment. The works must follow the architectural, electrical and sanitary technical documentation and be completed by 11 December 2026. The tender is not divided into lots. The bid deadline is 18 September 2026 at 12:00. Price carries 60% and the offered warranty period 40%; the minimum warranty is 24 months. Each bid requires a PLN 2,000 bid guarantee, and the successful contractor must provide performance security equal to 3% of the gross bid price.
