Delivery of two passenger cars for the Łódź Regional Prosecutor’s Office and its subordinate units in two lots

Summary

The tender concerns the delivery of two passenger vehicles for the Łódź Regional Prosecutor’s Office and its subordinate units, divided into two lots. One new vehicle is required under each lot, and bids may be submitted for one or both lots. Lot 1 covers a 2026 petrol estate car for five people. It must have an engine of at least 1,400 cm³ and 140 HP, an automatic or continuously variable transmission, a luggage capacity of at least 580 litres and the specified safety, driver-assistance, comfort, multimedia and seasonal equipment. Lot 2 covers a 2026 diesel minibus for nine people, with an engine of at least 1,950 cm³ and 170 HP, a minimum length of 5,300 mm, a wheelbase of at least 3,250 mm and the specified safety, climate, driver-assistance and passenger-compartment equipment. The vehicles must be factory-new, unused, technically sound, manufactured in 2026 and have no more than 15 km on the odometer. They must comply with Polish road-traffic requirements, have type approval and an event data recorder, and meet at least EURO 6 emission requirements. The supplier must deliver the vehicle to the contracting authority or an agreed location, provide registration documents no later than five working days before handover and arrange warranty servicing at an authorised service station in Łódź or within 20 km of the city boundary. The manufacturer’s warranty must cover the engine, mechanical, electrical and electronic components and additional equipment for at least 36 months without a mileage limit, the paintwork for at least 36 months and body perforation for at least 120 months. Price carries 80% of the evaluation weight and shortening the delivery period carries 20%. The maximum delivery period is eight weeks, with one- or two-week reductions available in the tender form. The submission deadline is 11 September 2026 at 10:00.
