Insurance of the property and other interests of Oborniki County

Summary

The tender covers insurance services for Oborniki County, divided into three lots. Lot 1 covers all-risks property insurance, all-risks electronic equipment insurance and civil liability insurance. Lot 2 covers compulsory motor third-party liability insurance, motor casco, accident insurance for drivers and passengers, and mini-assistance where available. Lot 3 covers excess civil liability insurance above the basic liability cover for the county’s property and activities. Offers may be submitted for all lots. The contract period is generally 2 November 2026 to 1 November 2028, or 24 months for Lot 2. The contracting authority may use an option worth up to PLN 30,000 for Lot 1 and PLN 20,000 for Lot 2, and may reduce the guaranteed scope by up to 20%. Award decisions are based on price and optional additional clauses: price has a weight of 85% and additional clauses 15% for Lot 1, and 90% and 10% respectively for Lots 2 and 3. Offers must be submitted electronically by 14 September 2026 at 13:30, and the bidder must remain bound by the offer until 13 October 2026.
