Successive deliveries of food products

Summary

The tender concerns successive deliveries of a broad range of food products for six months, including fresh, frozen and smoked foods, dry groceries, spices, beverages, vegan products, concentrates, ice cream and sorbets. The estimated quantities are not binding and will depend on the contracting authority’s actual needs. The supplier must deliver using its own suitable transport at its own cost to one of two locations in Szczyrk. Products must be fresh, fit for consumption, properly packaged and labelled, and comply with the specified composition, quantity, quality and shelf-life requirements. Defective or missing products must be replaced within four hours at no additional cost. The tender deadline is 11 September 2026 at 10:00, and tenders remain binding until 10 October 2026.
