Enhancement of the warehouse base in Opole County for civil protection and civil defence tasks – energy security

Summary

The contracting authority is procuring energy-security equipment for a warehouse base in Opole County to support civil protection and civil defence tasks. The procurement is divided into five lots: one generator of at least 200 kW; three generators of at least 50 kW; four generators of at least 10 kW; two devices providing voltage backup for at least 30 minutes; and two solar charging stations with converters and battery-management modules. Bids may be submitted for all lots, delivery is due within 30 days, and the bid deadline is 11 September 2026 at 10:00. Price accounts for 60% and warranty for 40% of the evaluation. Bids and required documents must be submitted electronically in Polish.
