Reconstruction of road surfaces owned by Sońsk Municipality

Summary

The tender concerns reconstruction of road surfaces owned by Sońsk Municipality. The works cover surface treatment of roads in Ciemniewo and Pękawka over 1,160 metres, Koźniewo Wielkie over 450 metres, and Ostaszewo over 630 metres and 400 metres. The contract must be completed within 10 days of signing. Offers must be submitted electronically by 18 September 2026 at 10:00 and will be assessed by price (60%) and the warranty and defects-liability period (40%). The warranty period must be between 36 and 72 months. A PLN 12,000 bid guarantee is required, and the successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the gross tender price.
