Purchase of an application for adapting educational materials to the needs of people with disabilities

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase and delivery of an application that adapts educational materials to the needs of people with disabilities. The contract is for six months and does not allow partial bids. Offers must be submitted electronically through the e-ProPublico platform by 14 September 2026 at 10:00. A PLN 6,000 bid guarantee is required. The award criteria are price, weighted at 80%, and the software warranty, weighted at 20%. The application must be delivered in accordance with the detailed subject-matter description in Annex 2 to the tender specifications. The procurement is co-financed by the European Union under the project “An open and friendly university for people with special educational needs”.
