Supply of disposable and reusable medical equipment for the Independent Public Healthcare Facility in Turek

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of disposable and reusable medical equipment for the independent public healthcare facility in Turek, Poland. It is divided into four lots, and bidders may submit offers for any number of lots: heated disposable humidification-chamber circuits compatible with the Comen NF-5; sterile individually packed mouthpieces for the EMMA capnometer; sterile emergency cricothyrotomy kits containing a Veress needle; and labelled plastic containers for sharp medical waste in several sizes, including 0.7, 2, 3.5, 5 and 60 litres. Deliveries will be made in batches according to the contracting authority’s needs until 2 August 2027. The supplier must deliver at its own cost and risk, unload the goods at the designated location and provide products with at least 12 months of remaining shelf life. The goods must be legally authorised for marketing and use in Poland and the European Union and must have the required documentation and CE marking. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 11 September 2026 at 8:30. Price carries 60% of the score and delivery time 40%; a delivery period longer than five working days leads to rejection, while delivery within two, three, four or five working days receives progressively higher scoring. No bid guarantee or performance security is required. Payment is made after each batch within 60 days of receipt of a correct invoice.
