Modernisation of a facility – temporary shelter in Świdwin

Summary

The tender concerns construction works to modernise a facility and adapt it as a temporary shelter in Świdwin. It is divided into two lots: Segment A, valued at PLN 1,307,532.49 gross, and Segment B, valued at PLN 710,674.46 gross. Bidders may submit an offer for one or both lots, and one bidder may win both. Each lot must be completed within 3 months of signing the contract. The works include construction, electrical, water and sewage, sanitary, ventilation and finishing works. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 18 September 2026 at 7:30. The award criteria are price, weighted at 60%, and warranty period, weighted at 40%; warranty options of 24, 36, 48 or 60 months receive 0, 10, 20 or 40 points respectively. No bid guarantee or performance security is required. Common works for both segments must be included only in the price for Lot 1.
