Reconstruction of the municipal road on plots 2/25, 254 and 255 in Lubicz

Summary

The tender concerns reconstruction of an internal municipal road in Lubicz on plots 2/25, 254 and 255. The works cover approximately 110 metres of road, with a 3.50-metre-wide carriageway, a pedestrian edge strip, driveways, unpaved shoulders, adjustment of underground infrastructure and landscaping. The planned areas are approximately 460 m² of carriageway, 120 m² of edge strip, 40 m² of driveways and 80 m² of shoulders. The road surface will have a wearing layer made of concrete paving blocks. The works must be completed by 30 November 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically by 17 September 2026 at 09:00 through the contracting authority’s platform, in Polish. Price and warranty are the award criteria. No bid guarantee is required, but a performance security is required.
