Summary

The contract covers renovation of local road 293770K in Osowie, Podegrodzie municipality, over the section from km 0+186.00 to km 0+809.00, together with replacement of the existing water supply network. The works include demolition, earthworks, drainage of excavations, road foundation and asphalt layers, verges, water pipeline installation, fittings, hydrants, disinfection and pressure testing. The contract must be completed by 31 July 2027. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 18 September 2026 at 09:00. A bid guarantee of PLN 18,000 is required, and the successful bidder must provide a performance security equal to 2% of the total bid price. Offers are scored on price (60%) and the warranty and defects-liability period (40%); the minimum period is 60 months and the evaluated maximum is 72 months. The contract is not divided into lots.
