Laboratory consumables 2

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of laboratory consumables divided into five lots: Falcon-type tubes; reagent containers; pipette tips; transfer containers for storing blood platelets in 600 ml and 1,000 ml sizes; and individual containers for blood preparation. Bids may be submitted for all lots, and there is no limit on the number of lots that may be awarded to one bidder. Options are included: 40% for lots 1–3, 20% for item 1 and 40% for item 2 in lot 4, and 33% for lot 5. The contract period is 12 months for lots 1 and 2 and 24 months for lots 3–5. Price is the only award criterion. The bid must be submitted electronically by 14 September 2026 at 09:00, in Polish, using the required electronic signature method.
