Supply of solid fuels for the Municipal Services Establishment in Kałuszyn

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of solid fuels for municipal heating facilities in Kałuszyn during the 2026/2027 heating season, from September/October 2026 until April 2027. It is divided into two lots, and bidders may submit an offer for one or both lots. Lot 1 covers 160 tonnes of hard coal: 80 tonnes of nut/coarse coal with a grain size of 40–80 mm and 80 tonnes of lump coal with a grain size of 63–80 mm. The required calorific value is at least 25,000 kJ/kg, sulphur content no more than 1% and ash content no more than 10%. Lot 2 covers 250 tonnes of fine coal with a grain size of 3–31.50 mm, a calorific value of at least 24,000 kJ/kg, sulphur content no more than 1.2% and ash content no more than 12%. The supplier must provide daily access to the fuels from 06:00 to 20:00, support cashless transactions with the quantity and type of fuel recorded, and issue consolidated invoices every two weeks. A fuel quality certificate must accompany the tender. The fuel must comply with the specified Polish quality regulations and standards, and the offered price must include excise duty on coal products. Price is the only award criterion and has a weight of 100%. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 11 September 2026 at 11:00. The tender validity period is 30 days. No bid guarantee or performance security is required.
