Summary

The tender concerns recurring deliveries of vegetables and fruit to the food warehouse of the Specialist Hospital in Brzozów. The contract covers one lot and lasts six months from signing, with no partial or alternative tenders permitted. The assortment includes 32 product lines, such as potatoes, carrots, beets, cabbage, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, apples, bananas, lemons, pears, kiwi and packaged salad products. Deliveries must be made at the supplier’s cost and risk after each order, within no more than two working days; a one-day delivery time receives more points. The contract may be extended by agreement if the assortment has not been exhausted, up to a total maximum of nine months. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 11 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60 points and delivery time 40 points. No bid security or performance security is required.
