Supply of road salt for winter maintenance of county roads in Kielecki County to the road districts and bases in Celiny, Łagów and Stachura

Summary

The tender concerns the successive supply and transport of 1,500 Mg of ordinary road salt for winter maintenance of county roads in Kielecki County during the 2026/2027 winter season. Deliveries are to be made to the road districts and bases in Celiny, Łagów and Stachura. The salt must be clean, suitable for preparing sand-salt mixtures, and compliant with PN-EN 16811-1:2016-10 or an equivalent standard and the technical specification. The contract will last six months. The contracting authority may increase the quantity by up to 50% under an optional order, without being obliged to use the option. The deadline for bids is 15 September 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish. A PLN 5,000 tender guarantee is required. Price carries 95% of the score and delivery-time reduction 5%. The delivery deadline may not exceed 7 days from the electronic order; offers may receive additional points for proposing delivery within 3–6 working days. The bidder must also demonstrate at least one completed road-salt delivery of at least 800 Mg during the previous three years.
