Purchase of essential equipment enabling people with disabilities and older people to use services

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase and delivery of medical and accessibility equipment enabling older people and people with disabilities to use healthcare services. It is divided into four lots, and bidders may submit offers for any number of lots: - Lot 1: 2 wheelchair scales, 4 bariatric patient scales and 1 weighing chair; - Lot 2: 7 seated transport trolleys, 1 stretcher trolley, 37 examination couches, 3 single-step and 3 two-step X-ray steps with handrails; - Lot 3: 9 procedure chairs, 2 gynecological chairs and 1 urological chair; - Lot 4: 5 induction loops. The equipment must meet the technical requirements in the tender documents. Delivery, installation, Polish-language technical documentation and user manuals, staff training, CE or equivalent conformity evidence for medical devices, warranty service and the required technical inspections are part of the supplier’s obligations. The delivery period is up to 4 weeks from contract signature. The award criteria are gross price, weighted 60%, and technical conditions, weighted 40%. The technical offer must be supported by Polish-language catalogues, technical specifications or equivalent documents. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 11 September 2026 at 10:00 and remain binding until 10 October 2026.
