Construction of a photovoltaic installation for the Blachownia social care facility

Summary

The tender covers the construction and commissioning of two independent photovoltaic installations for the main building and pavilion of the Blachownia social care facility at Sienkiewicza 6. The works include adapting existing electrical and lightning-protection systems, installing support structures, PV modules with optimizers, inverters, switchboards, cabling, protection and metering systems, carrying out tests and measurements, notifying the distribution operator, configuring monitoring, and delivering as-built documentation. The works must be completed by 10 December 2026. Bidders must have completed at least one properly performed PV installation project of at least 50 kWp and PLN 150,000 gross within the last three years, and must provide appropriately qualified electrical management and electrical works personnel. A mandatory site visit is required before submission. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 17 September 2026 at 08:00. Evaluation is based on price at 60% and warranty period at 40%; warranty periods of 36, 48 and 60 months receive 0, 20 and 40 points respectively. The selected contractor must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross tender price.
