Recurring deliveries of food products divided into lots for Uzdrowisko Lądek-Długopole S.A. (2)

Summary

The tender concerns recurring deliveries of food products for Uzdrowisko Lądek-Długopole S.A., divided into three lots: alcoholic beverages; fruit and vegetables; and assorted food products such as coffee, tea, soft drinks and confectionery. Bids may be submitted for all lots. Deliveries will be made over 12 months in quantities based on the contracting authority’s actual needs. The quantities in the price forms may therefore differ from the quantities ultimately ordered, and payment will be based on products actually delivered. Price is the only award criterion and carries a weight of 100% for each lot. No bid security or performance guarantee is required. The bid must be submitted electronically by 23 September 2026 at 10:00 via the designated procurement platform. The bid opening is scheduled for 10:30 on the same day, and the bid must remain binding until 22 October 2026. The documents must be prepared in Polish.
