Supply of blood irradiation indicators

Summary

The tender concerns the successive supply of 60,000 blood irradiation indicators for 24 months. The contracting authority may order an additional quantity of up to 20% under an optional right, at the same unit prices and under the same conditions. Partial deliveries will be ordered as needed. The product must comply with the technical description and must indicate irradiation at least by means of a barcode. Offers are evaluated by price (60%), the method of reading the irradiation information (20%), and the partial delivery period (20%). A barcode plus a verbal or colour-change indication receives the maximum score for the reading method. Delivery within five working days receives the maximum delivery-period score; a period longer than ten working days makes the offer non-compliant. The tender deadline is 11 September 2026. Offers and required documents must be submitted electronically in Polish.
