Supply of a spectrophotometer for measuring the colour of powdered products with the necessary accessories

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of a spectrophotometer for measuring the colour of powdered products, together with the necessary accessories, to the University of Environmental and Life Sciences in Wrocław. The supplier must provide a complete and compatible equipment package, transport and installation, configuration, commissioning, operational verification measurements, documentation, warranty and warranty service, as well as on-site instruction in Polish for at least two people for up to two hours. Delivery must be completed within 6 weeks, or 42 days, from contract signature. The tender submission deadline is 10 September 2026. Tenders must be submitted electronically through the contracting authority’s platform, in Polish and with the required electronic signature. Tenders will be evaluated on price, delivery time, warranty period and repair time, weighted at 60%, 15%, 15% and 10% respectively.
