Purchase and delivery of JIRA and Confluence software licences and add-ons on a subscription basis with manufacturer support, or delivery of equivalent software

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of subscription-based JIRA and Confluence software licences, add-ons and plugins with manufacturer support for 12 months, or the supply of equivalent software. An optional support and training service of 150 consultation hours may also be ordered for JIRA or equivalent software. Staff providing the optional service must hold at least an Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP) or Atlassian Certified Associate (ACA) certificate for a Data Center solution, or an equivalent certificate. The bidder must have at least two engineers with the required competences. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 11 September 2026 at 10:00. Price is the only award criterion, with a weighting of 100%.
