Successive deliveries of food products

Summary

The tender concerns successive deliveries of food products over 12 months, divided into three lots. Lot 1 covers food deliveries for conferences, training sessions and meetings of research staff held in Warsaw, with an estimated value of PLN 108,591.70. Lots 2 and 3 cover deliveries of frozen products for conferences, training sessions and OBK IMPAN’s commercial activities, with estimated values of PLN 248,901.85 and PLN 173,437.55 respectively. Bids may be submitted for all three lots. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100% for each lot. The bid must be submitted electronically through the contracting authority’s platform by 10 September 2026 at 10:00 and signed with a qualified electronic signature.
