Successive deliveries of plastic bags for separate municipal waste collection IX 2026 – II 2027

Summary

The tender covers successive deliveries of plastic bags for the separate collection of municipal waste until 28 February 2027. The bags must meet the specified dimensions, colours, capacities, thicknesses, translucency, drawstring, roll packaging, printing and quality requirements, as well as the applicable standards. Estimated quantities are approximately 30,800 blue, 53,600 yellow, 1,200 brown, 1,100 white and 1,100 green rolls, with 10 bags per roll. Each individual order will be at least 10,000 bags of one colour, equal to 1,000 rolls. The price must include the production of four printing plates for Pleszew. Delivery is to the contracting authority's warehouse at Polna 71, Pleszew. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 10 September 2026 at 10:00 and must carry the required electronic signature. Price accounts for 60% and the delivery time for an individual order for 40%; delivery within seven days receives 40 points under the delivery-time criterion. The highest-ranked tenderer must provide samples of bags in every colour before contract signature; printing is not required on the samples.
